Been
spinning like a top for the past four weeks and I'm regularly
making four sessions a week if not the five.
I've started adding in some weight resistance training before the spinning sessions to start building some muscle, or at least hold on to it! At my age I think it's more a case of holding on to it rather than fantasizing about becoming the next bodybuilding olympian!
The biggest change has been in my diet and it's yielding fantastic results. 70% diet 30% training. That's what they say.
